Print books for uploading to Amazon or IngramSpark
After having designed the cover and the interior of your book, we produce two PDF’s for you to upload to Amazon or IngramSpark:
- 1 PDF which features the front cover, spine and back cover
- 1 PDF which features each and every page of the book interior

The number of pages of the book decide the size of the spine. Once the interior is completed and we know the page count, we will determine the width of the book’s spine.
Print production management for limited editions
Some authors choose an unusual book size that Amazon or IngramSpark don’t offer, or they want a limited edition of their work printed by a traditional printer.

In this case, we also produce two PDF’s:
- 1 PDF which features the front cover, spine and back cover
- 1 PDF which features each and every page of the book interior

The printing company uses these two PDF’s to print the cover and the interior. After that, they will also bind the book.

As we have been producing printed material from the pre-computer era, we know the exact possibilities and the limitations of contemporary printing and binding processes.
Our print production management involves
- cover materials
- embossing
- paper types
- inks
- spot varnish
- end papers
- reading ribbons
- headbands
e-Books
Most authors want both a print and electronic version of their book. We work with Vellum, an e-book design programme that produces beautifully looking e-books suitable for Kindle, Apple, Nook, Kobo and Google.
Author branding
Creating personal branding is crucial for authors because it helps build recognition, trust, and a loyal readership in an increasingly crowded marketplace. Six reasons to consider working with professional branding specialists:

1. Reader recognition and loyalty
A strong personal brand helps readers instantly identify an author's work across different books and genres. When readers connect with an author's voice, values, and style, they actively seek out new releases and recommend them to others.

2. Market differentiation
With millions of books published annually, authors need to stand out. A distinctive brand—built on expertise, personality, writing style, or thematic focus—creates a unique visual trigger that readers can easily recognise and follow.

3. Cross-platform consistency
Modern authors must engage across multiple channels: social media, websites, speaking events, and interviews. Consistent branding of their book covers, website, presentation decks and promotional materials ensures that the message and image remain coherent wherever potential readers encounter them.

4. Professional credibility
A well-developed brand signals professionalism to publishers, agents, bookstores, and media outlets. It demonstrates that the author takes their career seriously and understands their target audience.

5. Long-term career building
Strong personal branding creates momentum that compounds over time. Each new book benefits from the established reputation, making subsequent launches more successful and building toward sustained career growth rather than starting from scratch with each release.

6. Marketing focus
Clear branding makes promotional efforts more targeted and effective.
